The Biloxi lugger, BLUE PLATE, was built in 1937 in Biloxi. It was in service to Southern Shell Processing Company. The measurements of the vessel were: length 49.5 feet, breadth 15.1 feet, depth 3.6 feet. It weighed 20 gross tons and was powered by a 110-horsepower engine.
