SYLVIA ROSE was built in 1945 for Falton J. Prevost. The vessel was a wooden hoisting rig built in Biloxi. The SYLVIA ROSE measured: length 42.6 feet, breadth 13.6 feet, depth 4.3 feet. It weighed 16 gross tons and was powered by a 60-horsepower engine.
